When you send a tour or contact request, AviWild Safaris receives the contact details, travel preferences and other information you choose to include. Please do not include passport numbers, payment card details or other sensitive documents.

How your information is used

Your details are used to respond to your enquiry, discuss your itinerary and manage your requested trip. Submitting a form does not subscribe you to marketing messages.

Storage and service providers

If you submit a review, we store your display name, email and feedback for moderation. With your permission, approved reviews and display names appear on the website. Review email addresses are visible only to our team. Contact us below to request a correction or removal.

Enquiries are stored in our website database. Service providers supporting database hosting and email delivery process information as necessary to operate these services. Public website images are served locally or through our media provider.

Cookies and external links

The public site does not require an account. A secure session cookie is used for the private team editor. WhatsApp and map links are operated by third parties and are subject to their own privacy practices. The embedded map may receive your IP address when it loads.
